Share Your Creative Adventures

It’s been 2 years since I started this site and it took me 2 years to finally post something under the creative bucket.

Why?

It’s not because I haven’t done anything creative in the past 2 years.

It’s because I got trapped in “being perfect”.

I love trying out different things that I’m interested in and I also love watching videos of them to learn. Guess what? Those videos were so amazing that I felt bad with the things I’ve been doing.

For one, I’m not a video editor, so how am I supposed to share what I’ve been doing in such a way that will not (and I feel a slight vomit 🤢 just by saying this) ruin the aesthetic of this site.

Yuck. I can’t believe I let that stop me.

Here’s what I realized though, I created this site to be a hub of all the things I am passionate about. And I am passionate about tons of things.

This site was meant to be my go-to place to share and chronicle my journey in following my heart’s desires. ❤️

So, I decided to call my creative stints or creative trials as Creative Adventures. Because, well, they are adventures! Adventures are not perfectly laid out and can go wherever.

So yes...Creative Adventures. It’s liberating. And I love it!

It’s me trying and learning something that I’m interested in.

I’m here to give myself the space and permission to try things, to give in to my passions without restrictions.

Boy, did I miss this sooo much! I love working with my hands. It calms me down. When I work with my hands, it’s like I’m in this zone where I feel so free and empowered at the same time and this is also where I feel the most creative.

Creating videos 🎥🖱

Since I don’t know how to do it, I’m trying to learn it! Been using iMovie plus Canva.
